Frithium is an advisory practice based in Canberra, Australia. This policy describes how personal information submitted through this website is handled.
What information is collected
The only personal information collected through this site is what you voluntarily provide when submitting the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, and message. No other personal data is collected.
How it is used
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, is not added to any mailing list, and is not shared with third parties.
Analytics
This site uses built-in analytics that records aggregate page view and referrer data. IP addresses are anonymised. No tracking cookies are set and no third-party analytics services are used. A cookie consent notice is not displayed because none is required.
Data handling
Contact form submissions are processed by a third-party service provider whose infrastructure is based outside Australia, in a jurisdiction with data protection standards comparable to Australian law. Frithium does not operate its own servers and does not retain form data beyond what is required to respond to your enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided by contacting hello@frithium.com.au. Requests will be acknowledged within five business days.
Governing framework
This policy is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
